I know what it’s like to feel trapped by anxiety and overthinking. For years, my own mind felt like my biggest obstacle.
Becoming a mother was the wake-up call I needed to change. I trained as a health coach (Prekure & Well College Global) to better understand myself, but I still felt something was missing.
Then I discovered Tai Chi and Qigong. From the very first class, the magic of movement and breath gave me something I’d never had before: a quiet mind.
That transformation ignited a passion I’m still pursuing today. I created BalanceBrew to share this path with you.
