Cat Of 5
A little trick using your 5 senses to distract your racing mind. Reduce those anxious feelings and thoughts.

Here We Go:
Sit Down
Deep breath in through the nose and slowly let it out.
See
Notice 5 things you can see and name them in your mind,
(or to your cat)
Hear
Notice 4 things you can hear
(At this point one of the noises is probably your cat meowing back at you)
Touch
Notice 3 things you can touch
(Yep you guessed it, the cat)
Smell
Notice 2 things you can smell
(I advise against smelling the cat)
Taste
Notice 1 thing you can taste
(Please don't lick the cat)
Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out
