Cookie Monster

Did you know that you need to breath all the time. I know crazy right. Want to make the best start to your day with just your breath?

Awesome little breathing trick to get your day off to a good start and in the right mindflow.

Here we go:

Me love cookies!!! 

Grab a chair. Sitting up straight. Feet flat on the floor.

Or if you prefer, and short like I am and your feet don't touch the floor, forget the chair and sit on the ground.

Or if you're still in bed stay lying down.

Deep breath in through the nose and slowly out. Nice chilled and relaxed.

Close your eyes. Now using this weird thing called visualization, picture a tray of freshly baked cookies, (any kind will do there's no cookie judging here).

As you breathe in imagine inhaling the smell of those freshly baked cookies straight out of the oven.

Warm, sweet comforting aroma. Breathe out and imagine you're gently blowing on those cookies to cool them down.

Keep the gentle rhythm of breathing in and out, inhaling cookies and blowing on them gently.

All up do this three times, so three cookie breathes.
