Chen Style
Oldest of the styles
​
The style that started it all. More martial arts based
Movements are a mixture of fast and slow. Emphasis is on using internal power and spiral force, (chan ssu jin). Uses a lower stance and pretty demanding physically at times. Kicking and punching is its jam.
This style appeals to younger and physically stronger participants.
Sun Style
The youngest of the styles. Pronounced "Soon".

Uses a higher stance and a lot less kicking and punching.
Made up of safe slow gentle fluid movements with a massive qigong influence which makes this style easy to learn at any age and fitness level.
Adaptable to you and your own comfort level.
